"What happened here Octo?" Antonio asked but then he furrowed his brow, trying to decipher the Octozord's message "what was that bud?"

The Octozord's lights blinked in response as Antonio followed his eyes to the red ranger's Lionzord onto a nearby wall as his eyes widened in realization.

"But thats the red ranger's zord, wait ou're saying Jayden was attacked by a Nighlok?" Antonio asked, his voice filled with concern "and the red ranger came to help, but what happened are they alright?"

The Octozord emitted a series of affirmative beeps, confirming Antonio's suspicion.

The squid Zord seemed to be urging Antonio to follow it, indicating that it knew where zord might be.

Antonio took a deep breath, determination filling his gaze as he followed towards the damaged lionzord.

"Hey are you okay?" Antonio asked once they reached the zord in the rubble as the Lion zord seemed to havw powered down.

"I have to find Jayden and make sure he's safe. We can't let the Nighlok get away with this." Antonio said but when he was about to get up the Lionzord powered on as he roared "d...d...do you remember me?"

The Lion zord roared in confirmation as Antonio sighed in relief as the Ocotozord zord chittered asking his friend the events that occurred.

"Please tell me where the nighlok took jayden?" Antonio asked as the Lion zord began to tell his story.

Flashback:

"Hey, ugly!" Jayden shouted, throwing a challenging smirk at the creature. The Nighlok turned, its eyes narrowing at the sight of the Red Ranger. "Why don't you pick on someone your own size?"

The Nighlok roared, the sound echoing through the quiet streets. "You! You're the one who's been meddling in our affairs.

Jayden put his lion disk on his sword as he pointed the blade at his enemy "the civilains are under my protection."

"Even the human you hide the truth from?" Renoflare asked and saw the red ranger slightly waver in his stance "heh that's what i though the human wishes to expose you yet you still want to protect him?"

"Doesn't matter he's my friend and I owe it to him to protect him." Jayden said confidently as his blade was burning with fire.

The Nighlok made a gagging sound disgusted by the rangers words as he shivered "ew, as if I needed more reasons to kill you pathetic mortals."

"That's enough!" Jayden shouted rushing into battle enraged fueling his every move. The Red Ranger's swift movements contrasting the Nighlok's brutish, powerful strikes. The battle was fierce, echoing through the city's empty streets.

During a brief respite in their clash, the Nighlok taunted, "How long will you be able to keep your secret, Red Ranger? How long before your friend learns the truth and hates you for your lies?"

Jayden, undeterred, retorted, "I believe in Antonio. I believe in our friendship. And when the time comes, he will understand."

The battle continued, but when Jayden went of to finish off Renoflare caused a fire storm as it knocked the wind out of Jayden lungs knocking the red ranger to the ground.

Jaydens suit gave out as he reverted to his civilian form but before he was knocked out he heard the nighlok say "he will be mine, once he comes to rescue you."

Flashback Ends:

Antonio embarked on a quest to rescue Jayden, unaware of the connection between the Red Ranger and his friend.

He couldn't shake off the feeling that something was amiss, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it.

As they ventured deeper into the city, following the Octozord's guidance, Antonio's mind raced with questions.

"Who would go after Jayden? Why would they target him?" The fisherman couldn't understand why anyone would want to harm his friend.

The OctoZord remained silent as he was hesitant to answer his owner but instead brought the man's attention back to the mopher "so what if it's broken and can only make calls I know one day I can unlock its power and join the fight!"
